Listen, when it's time to ask for more money or update your CV, your brain will forget all the incredible things you’ve done. That’s why I created a system to track my wins.

Here’s what I do:

• I have a dedicated Google Drive folder where I upload screenshots of wins—emails, client feedback, KPIs, presentations.

• Inside that folder, I keep a Google Doc for each year, and every quarter, I write down achievements, results, and milestones.

This simple practice has:

✅ Made it 10x easier to update my CV or LinkedIn
✅ Helped me actually see my growth in black and white

💰 2. Negotiating My Salary

The first time I had to negotiate my salary, I was nervous. Like, sweaty-palm, overthinking-every-word nervous 😅. So I booked a session with a career coach—best money I’ve ever spent.

She shared one tool that changed everything:
The Outcome Table.

Before the conversation with my boss, I had to write down the possible outcomes—best case, good case, worst case—and the action I would take in each scenario. It helped me feel prepared, grounded, and less afraid of the “what ifs.”

Here’s what that looked like for me:

Having this written down gave me clarity and control. And guess what? That first conversation led to a raise. Not the full amount, but enough to prove to myself that I can do this.
